Five Somalia businessmen killed in South Africa


At least five Somali businessmen were killed in South Africa in last week, Abdullahi Haji Hudde, a businessman in South Africa confirmed to the media, Radio Garowe reports.

Abdullahi said armed gangs killed the Somali businessmen after they robbed their shops.

"Somali businessman was gunned down in their shop in a village near Cape Town city," said Hudde.

Abdulle Mohamed Hussein and Ahmed Mohamud were among the dead businessman, they were in South Africa for few months.

The first day of Ramadan four armed gangsters killed Somali businessman in Western Cape region of South Africa, they robbed his shop in a village in the region.

 Somali businessmen have shops in villages which are far from the big cities of the country.

South Africa government previously said they will take action against those robbers but still no justice has been done.

More than 200,000 Somalis who fled from Somalia live and have businesses in South Africa
