Prominent Political Figures Gather in Garowe for President Deni’s Inauguration

Garowe, Somalia – In a significant political gathering, Garowe, the capital of Puntland, Somalia, is witnessing the influx of politicians and former officials from the Federal Government and various regional administrations. They are convening for the inauguration of the re-elected President of Puntland, Siciid Cabdullahi Dani.

President Ali Guudlaawe of Hirshabelle was among the early arrivals in Garowe. He has held meetings with the newly elected leadership of Puntland.

Today, the city also welcomed former Prime Ministers of Somalia, including Hassan Ali Kheyre, Mohamed Hussein Roble, and Abdiweli Ali Gaas, along with other dignitaries.

Furthermore, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of the Federal Republic of Somalia is expected to arrive soon in Garowe. He previously accepted an invitation extended by the Puntland government.

The inauguration ceremony of President Deni, who triumphed in the Puntland presidential election, is scheduled for tomorrow. The event is set to be a high-profile occasion with the attendance of officials from both within the country and the international community.
