Somalia: Galmudug leader to attend Puntland airport opening

BOSSASO, Somalia, January 6, 2016(Garowe Online)-As Somali political leaders and international diplomats are flocking into Bossaso port city, Galmudug President Abdikarin Hussein Gulled is preparing for maiden official visit, Garowe Online reports.
Presidency sources tell Garowe Online that Gulled will be accompanied by Jubaland President Sheikh Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Madobe) who is now on visit to Adado.
Gulled will attend inauguration of Bossaso International Airport by the weekend on Friday.
The trip to Bossaso is touted as the first visit by Galmudug leader on the heels of a long running territorial dispute.
