GAROWE, Somalia, November 27, 2015 (Garowe Online)-Federal Government of Somalia’s Prime Minister, Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke who was scheduled to arrive in  Puntland has postponed his much anticipated trip to Galkayo on Thursday, Garowe Online reports.

Sharmarke has skipped today’s visit after Puntland President Abdiweli Mohamed Ali said, security arrangements and Prime Minister’s amenities couldn’t be deemed ‘proper’ sufficiently at due day.

Ali reportedly came to loggerheads with Sharmarke over plans to put Galkayo crisis to an end.

Galmudug, on its side threatened, they might have turned back on the prime minister endeavor, had he prioritized Puntland trip.

The visit postponed to unspecified date follows deadly Galkayo clashes last Sunday.
